How can I verify a certificate?

Please complete the form here. Please note that verification is meant for employers or other third parties only. You do not need to verify your own certificate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayTM. If you have a different preferred payment method, please let us know at contact@englishscore.com.

Can I change the name or photo on my certificate?

Yes, in certain situations, we can help change the name or photo on your certificate. Please e-mail us at contact@englishscore.com and we will do our best to help.

How do I keep improving my EnglishScore?

To improve your English, we recommend MyTutor, our 1-1 online tutoring service. We wish you best of luck in your English language journey.

I am not an employer or a business. Can I use your organisational dashboard?

Our dashboard displays scores for tests taken with a unique code. We welcome conversations with not-for-profits, schools, or governments who are interested in using this service. Please e-mail us at contact@englishscore.com.

How do I share EnglishScore with friends?

You can share your score directly with friends by tapping ‘Share score’ on your dashboard. We would also be grateful you leave us a public review on the Google Play Store.

I have more questions and feedback. How do I contact you?

Please email us at contact@englishscore.com. We aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days. Our opening times are Monday to Friday, 0800 – 1800 (UK time). Please note there are exceptions to these opening times, such as UK national holidays.

Can I take EnglishScore more than once?

Yes, you can take EnglishScore as many times as you like.

What does my score mean?

At the end of our test, we calculate your result based on the internationally recognised CEFR level. We also provide you with an EnglishScore, which uses points to give you a better understanding of your CEFR level. Read more about the EnglishScore here and CEFR levels here.
