Dashboard Terms

These terms of service describe your rights and responsibilities when using the “EnglishScore for Employers” service, (dashboard.englishscore.com) which is a service owned and operated by EnglishScore that is designed to be used together with the EnglishScore mobile application (the “App”). Please read them carefully. If you are a Customer (as defined below), these terms of service govern your use of the Services (also defined below). If you are being invited to sit a test within the App by a Customer and such Customer gives you a unique Connect Code (as defined below) to input into the App, then EnglishScore’s terms of use (available here) govern your use and access to the App. However, please note that if you input a Connect Code into the App, then your test results, along with your name, email address and the date you undertake the test, will be shared with the Customer to which such Connect Code relates.

When we say “we”, “our” or “us” in these terms of service, we mean EnglishScore. When we say “you”, we mean you – the Customer who is using the Services.
